Focused on Strong, Reliable Computer & Cybersecurity Support
We exist to give businesses the confidence that their systems are protected, monitored, and supported by a team committed to strong security and fast, consistent help.
Why O'Regan's Exists
For more than 25 years, O’Regan’s, Inc. has helped small businesses in the Greater Blue Ridge Area manage the technology that keeps their work moving. Our approach grew from a straightforward observation: business owners should not have to become IT experts just to keep their systems available, secure, and recoverable.
Recurring problems, unclear responsibility, unreliable backups, and confusing security requirements can pull attention away from clients and daily operations. We provide a consistent point of contact for maintaining networks, planning technology purchases, addressing cybersecurity risks, and responding when systems fail.
Preparation is central to how we work. When a heating and air conditioning company experienced a ransomware attack over a weekend, we helped restore its operations by Monday morning. Experiences like that reinforce the value of tested backups, recovery planning, prompt action, and direct communication.
Today, O’Regan’s supports small organizations that depend on their computers and data, including medical, legal, accounting, manufacturing, and defense-related businesses. We also assist residential clients who need knowledgeable help with computer and network problems.

How We Approach the Work

Clear Explanations
Technology decisions should make sense to the people paying for and relying on them. We explain problems, options, and risks in practical language without unnecessary jargon.

Responsive Follow-Through
Clients need more than a quick acknowledgment when work is interrupted. We strive to respond the same day and follow the issue through toward a useful resolution.

Security Through the Full Lifecycle
Protecting data involves more than installing security software. We consider security from system acquisition and configuration through maintenance, access management, recovery planning, and device retirement.

Preparation Before a Crisis
Disasters and cyber incidents are easier to address when responsibilities and recovery steps are established in advance. We help clients think through continuity, backups, and restoration before an emergency tests their operations.
Start with a Clear Conversation About Your Technology
Tell O’Regan’s what is disrupting your work or creating concern, and we will help clarify the next practical step. The conversation can focus on an immediate problem, ongoing IT management, cybersecurity risk, or disaster preparation.
